Basic Principles
Adopting a softening+microfiltration process to remove most of the hardness in wastewater, avoiding frequent scaling of the reverse osmosis system, and improving the recovery rate of the reverse osmosis membrane.
Technical advantage
(1) Remove most of the calcium, magnesium, and silicon ions, and ensure that the total hardness of the effluent (calculated as CaCO3) is ≤ 100mg/L;
(2) Low operating pressure, normal working pressure is only 0.1MPa, low energy consumption;
(3) Adopting ePTFE microfiltration membrane with strong hydrophilicity, the membrane flux can reach 300-500 LMH;
