Basic Principles
ESMBR heterotrophic treatment technology is a new and efficient wastewater treatment process that combines high-efficiency membrane separation technology with traditional activated sludge method; Place the MBR membrane module in the aeration tank, and after aerobic aeration and biological treatment, the water is filtered through the membrane by a pump and extracted; Simultaneously removing carbon source organic matter and nitrogen and phosphorus through biochemical reactions in wastewater; After aerobic aeration and biological treatment, the water is filtered through a filter membrane by a pump and extracted.
Technical advantage
The integrated ESMBR equipment adopts PVDF fifth generation hollow fiber membrane, which has excellent filtration and mechanical properties. The composite formula is used to improve the anti fouling performance of the membrane and effectively extend its service life. The entire equipment adopts standardized configuration and occupies only 1/3 to 1/4 of the traditional process area.
